Northhampton County
Farmhouse Elegance
Iron Gate Builders, Inc. custom designed and built this grand modern farmhouse with in-law quarters, located in Williams Township, Northampton County. The 5000 square foot home features 6 bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, a hobby room, 2 large decks, a screened-in porch, 3 garages, an amazing amount of storage, and more! The modern farmhouse style is evident throughout the house including not only farmhouse sinks and light fixtures but also customized built-in benches, and peg racks. Beautiful granite pieces top all of the counters in the kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry areas. This is farmhouse elegance.

Lancaster County
Charming Carriage House
Iron Gate Builders, Inc. designed and built this beautiful Carriage House in Manheim Township, Lancaster County. It is situated along the picturesque Conestoga River and sits next to the custom-designed main house, built in 1957. The Carriage House features a 2+ car heated garage and full bathroom on the ground floor with a beautiful living space upstairs. The second floor includes an open-flow kitchen and living room floor plan, a large bedroom, a second full bathrooms, and lots of storage. Highlights are the antique barn wood beams, vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, French doors which open to a balcony, and a unique arched ceiling in the kitchen. The design of this carriage house took into consideration the interior and exterior styles of the main house. The final product is a perfect complement to the original home.

Wyomissing Borough
Kitchen Renovation
Iron Gate Builders, Inc. custom designed and renovated the kitchen and laundry area of this 1972 classic colonial home in Wyomissing Borough, Berks County. The renovated kitchen is a home chef’s dream come true, complete with finely crafted cabinetry for lots of storage, beautiful granite countertops, a striking stainless range hood, and a modern farmhouse sink. The laundry area was updated complete with a unique bi-fold barn door.

Berks County
Rustic Ranch
Iron Gate Builders, Inc. custom designed and built this charming ranch-style home located in Brecknock Township, Berks County. Situated on a scenic wooded lot, the home’s exterior was designed to compliment its surroundings. It includes vaulted ceilings and lots of windows for sunlight. The home is 2300 square feet of livable space with an additional 2310 square feet of storage space accessible from the 2-car garage. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features a large country kitchen designed especially around the owner’s interest in preserving and canning. Highlights are the quality cabinetry and stunning granite pieces in the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms, with a stylish tiled shower.

Berks County
Country Estate
Iron Gate Builders, Inc. custom designed and built this 6843 square foot European-style residence in Amity Township, Berks County. The owner was looking for an Italian country design. Although this home was built nearly 20 years ago much of it remains a timeless classic featuring luxury kitchen and bathroom areas, and extras like a home theater, wine cellar, and gym.
